      Promoted Corporal on 03 Jul 1919.
      Appointed Lance Sergeant on 03 Jul 1921.
      Extended service to complete 7 years with the Colours and 5 years on theReserve on 01 Apr 1922.
      Extended service to complete 12 years with the Colours on 22 Nov 1923.
      Attached to the Royal Army Service Corps on a date not recorded.
      Promoted Sergeant on 03 Jul 1924.
      Promoted Staff Sergeant on 29 Aug 1927.
      Re-engaged for the Royal Army Pay Corps for such time as to complete 21years of service on 03 Sep 1929.
